HIT grew from a 5 people start-up in 2017 to over 30 people in 2023. Its growth is both steady and balanced. Most importantly, it is deeply rooted in growing talent, in investing in the people that join our company for the long-term success. We cherish an environment of openness, transparency, close communication, and approachability.

In parallel, and of paramount importance is our work ethos and client approach. We aim to always guide our clients and add value at every stage of their project – in pre-contract, commercial management or dispute resolution – thus safeguarding their interests. We do that with a work ethos rooted in passion, responsibility, and diligence.

Our future vision includes a continual balanced expansion in two additional markets – Saudi Arabia and South Africa – where we are continuing to employ our core values that guide us in establishing trusted clients’ relationships.
