Situated in Al Khor, 40km north of Doha, this stadium a capacity of 60,000 people hosted one of the 2022 World Cup semifinals. Designed to mimic the original Bedouin tents this stadium has been designed to allow for hosting football games at moderate temperatures even in summer heat. Designed by Selini Impreglio, HIT was called in to provide essential commercial and contracts management services over the period of two years.

HIT provided full commercial services to the MEP Contractor, assisting with interim progress applications, sub-contractor payments, contractual correspondence, preparation of all variations and claims. Via the vehicles provided in the contract, HIT was able to identify and quantify variations for new works to the benefit of its client and exceeding all expectations.
