Karthikeyan has more than Five years of experience in Sri Lanka & Qatar. As a Civil / MEP Quantity Surveyor, he has been responsible for Contract and Cost Management Delivery on our ongoing projects.  He has had extensive exposure to high-end commercial fit-out works in retail, residential, and commercial building projects.

Prior to joining HIT, Karthikeyan worked as a Civil / MEP Quantity Surveyor for a contractor where he is responsible for post-contract services and commercial management.

  • BSc (Hons) in QS – Birmingham City University – UK (RICS)
  • HND in QS – Cardiff Metropolitan university - UK
  • Certificate in MEP Quantity Surveying Practice
  • Diploma in Auto CAD
