Suraij has Five years of construction experience with 3 years of those being in the Middle East. He joined HIT in 2021 as a Quantity Surveyor with strength in Civil & MEP systems. He has been responsible for Pre and Post Contract works. In addition to this, he has had comprehensive exposure to retail, hospitality, residential, and commercial building projects in Qatar and the greater GCC.

Before he joined HIT, Suraij worked as a Quantity Surveyor for a large international Contractor providing pre and post-contract services to property developers, commercial clients, and contractors.

  • BSc in QS (Reading), Dip.in QS, HND in Construction Tecnology
  • Diploma in Construction Technology – Don Bosco Civil Engineering Institute, Sri Lanka
  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying at Vocational Training Authority, Sri Lanka.
