We administer the Contract on behalf of the Employer. This encompasses the administration of the contractual relationship between the Client and Contractor and if required between the Contractor and his sub-contractors.  Functions performed during this phase include but are not limited to the issue of relevant Contract Instructions,  evaluation of the Contractor’s interim payment applications, issue of notices to the Contractor related to delays and deviations to the Contract, management of the change control process (variations and claims), keep records and management of contractual matters including but not limited to insurances, general correspondence, requests for information, claims for loss and expense, and notices of delay. Participation and minuting of Commercial and Contractual meetings, compilation of baseline programes for the works and monitoring of the same (including issuance of all relevant reporting documentation). Management of all relevant project close out procedures e.g. Final Accounts, Operational and Maintenance Manuals, post-handover guarantees and warranties, etc.
