Project Description
Undertaking the role of Team Leader on this 600,000 sqm scheme which comprises a 15 storey basement/above grade retail and parking podium; 3 fifty nine to sixty five storey towers containing a five star hotel and serviced apartments. Yash was the project lead through the entire pre-contract design and tender phase. Yash was key in appointing the successful Contractor in budget and ensuring that the post contract works were successfully managed by the on-site commercial team.
