Project Description
For Expo 2020 as the Associate Director in charge of the project, providing full pre contract commercial services. The project is planned to be the centre piece of the Dubai Expo 2020. It is designed as a central public amenity of the Expo city and as the main event and rest space of the Expo event and post Expo. The central Garden is framed by five mixed-use buildings; Parcels A, B and C include Grade A office shell and core buildings with 9 floors above ground, Parcels E and F include 4 star hotels (shell only) with 12 floors above ground and Parcel G is a plaza/public amenity space over which site a 69m high, 130m diameter steel trellis with design inspired by the EXPO 2020 logo
