Being involved in the production of estimates from concept design through to the production of bills of quantities and appointment of the main contractor.
Mike was involved in the management of post-contract works for the main contractor as well as sub-contract packages through to the completion and finalisation of the final account. This included the agreement and settlement of numerous main and subcontract claims
